HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL - A 20-year-old bull was saved from drowning by the actions of a sheriff’s deputy in Florida.
Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Deputy Christina Ammons supported the bull’s head for about 45 minutes while rescue crews gathered to pull the animal from the small pond.

Another deputy stood guard with a rifle to protect them from any alligators that may have been in the water.
The video shows it took a couple of attempt so get the 1,000 pound bull from the pond, but reportedly the animal was able to get up and walk around without injury.
