FLORIDA KEYS - Snorkelers and divers recently gathered in the Florida Keys for a special concert, complete with ocean-themed tunes, water-proof speakers and a unique audience.
The audience? Groups of fish, reef and other marine life.
This concert was a one-of-a-kind underwater concert.
According to ABC News and the Associated Press , a local radio station provided music for the 30th annual underwater gig.
The divers, even a mermaid, underwater pretended to rock out on the guitar and play horns below the sea to songs from "The Little Mermaid," "Flipper" and more.
The concert, which Associated Press says was originally going to be a one-time deal, has been going on year after year to promote coral reef protection.
The Looe Key Reef where the event is held is the only living coral barrier reef on the continental United States coast, the article says.
