10 Valley companies hiring workers now

Customer service company, Perceptis , is holding a career fair this Tuesday, July 23. Priority will be given to applicants who have completed and bring the paperwork with them to 4130 E. Van Buren Street, Suite 250 in Phoenix. The job fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The qualifications include excellent phone etiquette skills, ability to type 30 wpm, outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently. Perceptis is looking for 60 seasonal agents for their contact center.

Appliance Parts Depot needs to hire counter sales representatives for locations in Phoenix and Mesa. The company has 10 locations and 185 employees. It's a full time position and wages range from $12-16 per hour.

Hilton Worldwide is looking to fill dozens of positions in the Valley. They range from cook, server and housekeeping attendant to engineer II, night auditor and human resources administrative assistant.

Another customer service company is advertising for help. Stream Global Services has about a dozen openings for fraud prevention specialists, sales support, entry level technical support, outbound telesales, inbound loyalty desk and more.

The Town of Paradise Valley has two openings listed this week. They're for a police dispatcher/911 operator and a payroll and accounting specialist.

If you have experience in advertising and marketing, this job's for you. Sterling Media Group needs an advertising/marketing account executive.

Restaurant Technologies has three positions advertised this week. They're for a field service technician, CDL delivery driver and installer service technician.

Want to work for a long-time Valley company? Salt River Project has jobs listed that range from metal fabricator, senior data analyst, ERP analyst supply chain, Smallworld GIS developer, IT quality assurance team lead, and more. They're even looking for a college intern.

Candy company Hershey's is looking to fill positions for retail sales representatives in the September/October timeframe. Meantime, they're conducting interview with final onsite interviews to be held in Phoenix on August 21. The only catch, you must be willing to relocate anywhere within the Southwest area, including Southern California, Arizona, Texas and New Mexico.
