Deputies from the Pima County Sheriff's Department are searching for man after a double homicide in the Drexel Heights area, according to Deputy Cody Gress, spokesman for the department.

Gress says just after 7 p.m. on Saturday deputies responded to a residence in the 5800 block of South Swinging A for reports of an unknown problem.

As deputies arrived, they found 48-year-old Carlos Rendon and 18-year-old Jackelyne Padilla dead inside the home with apparent gunshot wounds.

Detectives responded to the scene and were able to identify a suspect in the case after speaking with multiple witnesses.

Gress says the suspect has been identified as 49-year-old Raymond Manny Valencia.

Valencia is described as a Hispanic man, 5'4", weighing 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his neck and tattoo sleeves on both arms.

Gress says it is believed that Valencia is still armed and dangerous and may be driving a white Ford Ranger with "Gila Pool Service" placards on the vehicle.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to call 9-1-1.
