Constituents are planning to serenade Senator John McCain's Tucson office Sunday afternoon as they are "horrified by the recent immigration raids," according to a news release from Indivisible Southern Arizona.

Demonstrators are planning to sing "patriotic" songs and will play music from the Broadway show "Hamilton."

"We're hoping this serenade will show Sen. McCain that we're not violent rioters or paid protestors. We're parents and veterans and workers and students. We're everyday Arizonans who have real concerns about President Trump and those around him," said Kristen Randall of Tucson, a member of Indivisible Southern Arizona.

Indivisible Southern Arizona says more than 250 Tucson-area citizens have expressed interest in the event.

The demonstration is taking place from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at Senator McCain's office at 407 West Congress Street.
