The Let Joe Know team is growing to solve more of your consumer issues.
Beginning today, we've partnered with the Better Business Bureau.
Our missions are similar: to protect consumers and alert them to questionable businesses.
BBB President and CEO Matthew Fehling says teaming up with the ABC15 Let Joe Know team is just an extension of what they already do.
"We've been connecting consumers with businesses they can trust, helping with disputes and being there to make sure the marketplace is safe. ABC15 and Let Joe Know have been doing a great job of doing that in parallel." said Fehling.
And the move allows us more space for more volunteers to help more of you.
If you'd like to be a BBB volunteer and handle Let Joe Know complaints, if you have at least one weekday available from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m., if you can travel to Central Phoenix and if you're not shy at getting to the bottom of a situation, let me know.
