Healthy food advertising claims mean money back for you

So you pay more to eat better.

Then you find out the ingredients may not be what they seem.

Like Quorn Foods.

The company makes vegetarian and vegan products available everywhere.

They're made from something called mycoprotein.

Their website says its from the fungi family which also includes truffles and naturally derived fungus.

But Scott Hardy with Topclassactions.com says a lawsuit alleges the mycoprotein "was completely derived from mold."

The settlement means if you bought the product, you can get back all your money with receipts.

The deadline is June 1st.

The company claims no wrongdoing.

Do you like Drew's salad dressing?

Another lawsuit fights it's "all natural" claims.

The allegation is that there are ingredients that are not natural like xanthan gum and citric acid.

The settlement means if you bought between June 2011 and February of this year, you could get up to $10 back with receipts.

The company claims no wrongdoing.

There's more money if you're a GT Kombucha drinker.

The makers and Whole Food stores were sued for allegations that some of the drinks were mislabeled.

Allegations include there was more alcohol and more sugar in some than was stated.

And the lawsuit claims there were no antioxidants, despite the product claims.

The settlement means up to $60 back with receipts or up to $35 without them.

The makers claim no wrongdoing.
