More than 70 couples from across the United States have emailed us wanting to know if we have their missing wedding video.
They hired Urbane Wedding Company of Phoenix. But we found the business closed, the phones and website are disconnected.
After our plea for missing videos, some former freelance workers for Urbane brought raw footage from 170 weddings to our studios.
We've spent the last two weeks trying to match couples with the video we may have.
Denise and Jason Bevly live near Los Angeles.
They sent us an email: "We are soooo hoping you have our footage! We are more than happy to drive to Arizona ourselves to pick up the film directly."
They didn't have to. We did find hours of their wedding memories and surprised them during a Skype interview.
"Oh, that's us. Oh my gosh," they said as we showed them what we found.
We are now sending them the hours of raw video.
"Thank you so much. You made our day, our year, our lives."
Another couple, Rachel and Ryan Crawley also emailed us.
The couple has photos. But Rachel says the video would be extra special.
That's because Luca Garovi flew in from Switzerland to be at her December wedding. Luca was an exchange student here who went to ASU and lived with Rachel and her family.
They call him "adopted." Rachel calls him her brother.
Her email says the wedding video is important because "This moment is the last memory I have of my brother Luca. It was the last time I saw him alive. He died in a car accident on March 10th of this year."
We had their wedding video.
And when we showed it to them, Luca appeared. Rachel and her mother broke down as it brought back a flood of memories.
They are now memories the family can relive anytime.
If you or someone you know hired Urbane Wedding Company and don't have your video, go to our website and fill out the form.
