Your teenage girls say they want to go to the library. No problem, right? It's a clean, wholesome and safe place to be, except for last week when two sisters became victims to a man who exposed himself.

Court records show that on June 7, a Phoenix man exposed himself to two teenage girls while sitting in the Phoenix Public Library on the campus of South Mountain Community College, near 24th Street and Baseline Road.

Police report that 63-year-old Shakur Shabazz was following the sisters, ages 14 and 16, around the library. After sitting down next to the 14-year-old, he pulled up his gym shorts so high that his genitals were exposed. He did this while staring at the girl.

He then, allegedly, sat down next to her 16-year-old sister and exposed himself again. She took video of the incident, which she later showed to police.

Shabazz has been charged with indecent exposure.
