A man who says he's been arrested 44 times before, allegedly molested a girl in a Phoenix store in November.
Police report that on November 25, Ronnie Lee Juniel, 48, groped a pre-teen girl inside a store near 25th Avenue and Bethany Home Road.
When arrested police found two warrants for his arrest and Juniel reportedly told them that he had been arrested 44 times before. ABC15 did find 11 previous arrests mostly on drug and burglary charges.
Juniel has been charged with aggravated assault, sexual abuse, and child molestation.
