A woman was arrested after allegedly posing as a nurse and stealing drugs from a west Phoenix hospital.

Phoenix police report that on July 21, Raquel Sotelo walked into Banner Estrella Hospital near 91st Avenue and Thomas Road dressed as a nurse.

The 34-year-old reportedly had an invalid identification card in her possession.

Sotelo allegedly used two small silver wrenches to open a container and steal two partially used vials of Fentanyl, an opioid used as a pain killer.

Sotelo was confronted by police when exiting the building and reportedly admitted to her actions.

Police say Sotelo has burglarized hospitals before.

She has been charged with drug possession and multiple counts of burglary.
