A man was arrested for allegedly stealing frozen candy from a church in Mesa.
Mesa police report that on July 5 a man, later identified as 57-year-old Robert Brian Wade, was seen on surveillance video breaking the glass front door of Living Messiah Ministries near Robson and Main streets.
Police say they found a freezer door open and three canisters of chocolate candy coins were missing.
Police located Wade about a block away from the church. Police say in his bag were chocolate coins that were "cold to the touch."
Wade has been charged with burglary.
