Court records show that after receiving an order of protection to stay away from one underage teenage girl, a Phoenix man was accused of having sex with another young girl.
Police report that 19-year-old Michael Alcantar-Valdez allegedly had sexual conduct with a 14-year-old girl. The incident occurred September 21 at her home near 101st Avenue and Broadway Road.
Police say upon his arrest, Valdez denied knowing that she was 14, believing she was 17. He acknowledged knowing she was in high school.
He also reportedly admitted to police that he had an eight-month sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl that ended when he was served with an order of protection.
Valdez is now being held without bond on charges of sexual conduct with a minor.
