A man who allegedly exposed himself to residents in north Phoenix for the past 14 months has been caught.
Phoenix police report that from January 2016 to March 13, 2017, Harold Anthony Burton, age 31, has been exposing himself to women and young girls in north Phoenix neighborhoods.
Police say Burton drove around neighborhoods near 32nd Street and Greenway Road and exposed himself to six victims including girls from 11 to 16-years-old.
In many cases, Burton would drive by them several times exposing and touching himself. On March 13, a victim was able to get a license plate number to his vehicle and police were able to show a photo to victims who identified Burton as the suspect.
Burton was arrested on March 15 near 43rd Avenue and Van Buren Street. He's been charged with multiple counts of indecent exposure.
