An Air Force Airman was arrested for allegedly luring an undercover agent, posing as a 16-year-old, for sex.

Special Agents with ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) report that in June an HSI agent posed as a 16-year-old girl on an online group chat website.

The "teen" began an online relationship with a man, later identified as 31-year-old Brandon Quinn Vasquez, through the site "kik."

During their conversations, Vasquez reportedly told the "teen" that he obtained a "remove before flight" ribbon and offered it for sex with her. The "teen" responded saying, "I knew U would think sex with me was worth something good." Vasquez allegedly replied: "Of course it is, it’s also breaking the law, but I hope you can keep this a secret.”

HSI says that on June 13, Vasquez also sent sexually explicit photos of himself while wearing his Air Force uniform. He also continued to discuss having sexual contact with the girl.

Vasquez was arrested on June 20 at his home near 75th and Glendale avenues. He allegedly admitted to negotiating with the "teen" for sex. He has been charged with child prostitution and aggravated luring of a minor for sex.
