A Chandler man is accused of hacking his ex-girlfriend's e-mail and sending nude pictures to more than 350 of her co-workers at a private school in Queen Creek.
The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office reports that on November 1 they arrested 28-year-old Brandon David Castle at his home in Chandler near Rural and Ray roads.
Castle is accused of sending an e-mail from his ex-girlfriend's account to 369 of her co-workers. Attached to the e-mail was four photos of an unidentified nude woman, who was not the victim.
Investigators say Castle was a former co-worker of the victim, at a private school located in Queen Creek. After their breakup, he reportedly harassed the victim and threatened employees at the school.
Computer investigators were able to trace the e-mail to Castle's cellular phone account and arrested him for computer tampering.
They say Castle is currently on probation for burglary-related offenses and has no memory of sending the e-mails.
