A Glendale man was arrested in Tucson after his wife caught him in the act of molesting a friend's 11-year-old daughter.

Court records show that on June 30, a woman contacted police after finding her husband in their bedroom on top of an 11-year-old girl.

Police say 58-year-old Marion Truman Lovelis was caught after a traffic stop in Tucson by U.S. Marshals. Lovelis' wife reported to police that the victim had been living with the family since January because of her sexual behavior stemming from another molestation that happened to her in 2014.

Lovelis fled his home after being confronted by his wife. U.S. Marshals arrested him after a traffic stop in Tucson.

The victim reported to police that this was not the first time she had been molested by Lovelis. She said it had happened before when they lived in Tucson earlier this year.

Lovelis was charged with child molestation, sexual abuse and sexual conduct with a minor.
