Each Friday, we're looking for your help to track down fugitives in our state.

Wanted: Casey Bourlier

Charges: Aggravated Assault

A man put on probation after being convicted for setting a co-worker on fire is missing.

An arrest warrant was issued on July 13, 2015 after Casey Bourlier absconded from the Maricopa County Adult Probation Department. Bourlier has not checked in, has not kept his employment, and hasn't continued to pay the nearly $330,000 in restitution he owes the victim.

Bourlier, 28, was convicted in 2011 of aggravated assault after an argument with a co-worker at Fletcher's Tire and Auto at 49th Street and Carefree Highway.

On April 16, 2011, Bourlier got into an argument with a co-worker. A couple of hours later, Bourlier confronted the co-worker again regarding the same argument. This time, Bourlier threw a cup of automotive brake fluid on the victim and lit him on fire with a lighter.

The victim suffered burns to both arms, hands, abdomen and neck.

Bourlier was sentenced to two years probation which was extended to five years, and he was required to pay the victim restitution of $328,550.

Now he's gone. Can you help police locate him? If so, call the Maricopa County Adult Probation Dept. at 602-506-3871.
