A Buckeye man, who has a felony conviction out of South Carolina, was caught selling firearms in Glendale.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms report that on July 25 they received information saying 54-year-old Bryan Theodore Strelski, a man convicted in 2002 on felony charges, was trying to sell 32 firearms on Backpage.com.

ATF says they saw six ads showing 32 weapons for sale for about $30,000. They say, that in addition to the South Carolina conviction, he has another felony conviction in Florida in 2012 and is currently on release pending trial for trafficking stolen motor parts in Maricopa County.

Undercover agents with the ATF set up a buy with Strelski at the Cabela's parking lot near 93rd and Glendale avenues on July 28.

The agent reportedly bought two guns for $1,700. Strelski was arrested by agents immediately after the purchase. Strelski allegedly told them he was selling the guns because he's not allowed to possess them.

Strelski, who owns and operates First Coast Aviation, is being held without bond on various weapons charges.
