November is an awesome month in the Valley; we have fantastic weather and it is also a great time to cash in on certain items.
If you start early enough in November, you can still find some phenomenal deals on summer clothes. Shorts, summer style shirts, sandals, and swimsuits will be on clearance racks.
At Target I found tons of clearance racks full of summer clothes. For example, I found a Mossimo summer dress for just $9.98; the original price was $21.99.
So even though it's a getting a little chilly, it's worth it to stock up on summer clothes for next season. And we all know you can even wear some of those clothes now because it just doesn't get that cold in the Valley.
Some states are waiting for the cold to come, but not here in Phoenix, and that means some great deals on outdoor stuff like patio furniture, water fountains and even lawn accessories. You really want to shop national chains to find these types of deals.
We made a stop at Home Depot on 90th Street and Shea Boulevard and found a few patio furniture sets at great prices; one was originally $699 on clearance for $499.
I know Halloween is over but if you hit the stores now you can get some amazing deals on this seasonal stuff. That way you'll be all ready for next year.
With the holidays coming around and consumers just not spending as much, make sure to check out the sales before buying anything.
