WalletHub names Scottsdale third best in the nation for retirees

With almost year-round sunshine, is it any surprise the Valley boasts one of the best places to retire in the country?
 
Scottsdale landed in the number three spot on WalletHub's 2016 Best Cities to Retire.
 
Retirees have a lot of company in Scottsdale. According to the findings, it has the highest percentage of the 65-and-older population with more than 21 percent.
 
In the category for mildest weather, Scottsdale came in at number four, behind three California cities.
 
How did WalletHub come up with the findings? Analysts compared the 150 most populated U.S. cities across four key dimensions: affordability, activities, quality of life and health care.
