Turning 40 is a real milestone. Phoenix-based pizza chain Streets of New York is celebrating by giving away five grand prizes, including pizza for a year, subs for a year and even a trip to New York, among other gifts.

There will be deals for everyone from Oct. 4 through Nov. 12 with a portion of the proceeds from benefiting Make-A-Wish Arizona. The restaurant is offering $.76 slices on October 19 from noon to 5 p.m.

The first store opened on October 29, 1976 at 32nd Street and Cactus Road. Now Streets of New York has 26 locations including two in Las Vegas.
