Young Chicago native brings family's giardiniera recipe to Valley

What is giardiniera?

Giardiniera is a specialty, all natural, Italian style condiment grown from a garden. It is a wonderful mixture of peppers combined with chopped carrots, cauliflower, celery, and gherkins. After marinating in soybean oil and spices giardiniera creates the most versatile and flavorful addition to just about any food.

Kelsey D's currently offers Mild and Hot Giardiniera. Where to buy it in Arizona?
