Sloppy Joe Pizza

1Ea Crust 10"
4Oz Pepper Jack Cheese Shredded
6Oz Sloppy Joe Mixture
1Oz Roasted Poblano Peppers Diced
BrushGarlic Butter

1.    Evenly hand stretch dough to 10 ½"
2.    Spread 3oz of shredded Pepper Jack cheese evenly over the pie crust
3.    Evenly distribute the Sloppy Jose mixture over the cheese
4.    Evenly distribute 1oz of shredded Pepper Jack cheese over the pizza
5.    Evenly distribute the diced roasted Poblano peppers over the meat mixture
6.    Bake in oven until done.  Turn the pizza ¼ turn every 45 seconds
7.    Remove from oven.  Transfer to cutting board
8.    Brush outside edge with garlic butter
9.    Cut into 6 even slices.  Place on pizza plate

Lobster Mac & Cheese

1Oz Oil
4Oz Lobster Meat
2Ea Mascarpone
8Oz Orchetti Cooked
3Oz Lobster Bisque
1Ea Garlic Bread
Sprinkle Parsley Chopped

1.    Heat oil in a sauté pan
2.    Sauté the lobster meat and the mascarpone until heated
3.    Add orchetti and lobster bisque
4.    Stire frequently until combined thoroughly
5.    Place in the pasta bowl
6.    Sprinkle with chopped parsley over the pasta
7.    Place the garlic bread on the rim

Crispy Chicken & Fresh Fruit Salad

1 ½ OzGreens, Mixed
1 ½ Oz Romaine Chopped
3Oz Mixed Fresh Fruit
1Oz Seasonal Berries Whole
3Oz Raspberry Poppy Seed Dressing
2Ea Chicken Tenders Cubed
1Oz Red Onion Sliced
1Ea Garlic Bread

1.    Place 2 pieces of chicken tenders into a 350 degree fryer for approximately 3 minutes
2.    Remove and drain of excess oil.  Cube chicken
3.    Place in a mixing bowl all the fruit and blueberries, diced chicken tenders, red onions and raspberry poppy seed dressing.  Toss lightly
4.    Placed mixed greens and chopped romaine mixture into the center of a salad bowl
5.    Place fruit and chicken mixture over the greens
6.    Place the garlic bread on the rim of the plate

Crispy Chicken & Fresh Fruit Salad
·    Instead of Fried Chicken Tenders substitute a Plain Grilled Chicken Breast
·    Instead of the Raspberry Poppyseed Dressing substitute Fresh Squeezed Lemon and Lime Juices
·    No Bread or if you need something substitute with Whole Wheat Crackers

Sloppy Joe Pizza
·    Instead of a Regular Pizza Crust substitute with a Whole Wheat or Gluten Free Dough
·    Instead of Ground Beef substitute with Ground Turkey or Chicken
·    Use Low Fat Cheese

Lobster Mac & Cheese
·    Instead of the regular Orchetti Pasta substitute with a Whole Wheat or Brown Rice Pasta or even a Basmati Rice
·    When sautéing the lobster meat use a Vegetable Oil
·    Instead of Mascarpone Cheese substitute with a Low Fat Cream Cheese
