Sherri Sue Fisher was born and raised in Arizona where she raised her two daughters, graduated from Northern Arizona University, and has operated her own business for the last two decades.
In 2009 she set out to lose weight once and for all! She ended up losing over 30 pounds using the principles set forth in her book, Timer™DIET.  Writing a book was not on her mind while losing weight, but once she was able to do so and keep it off. Once she lost the weight and sustained it for a period of time her friends and family became curious as to what her secret was the secret to her success. After a year of writing all the things that were done to lose the weight and keep it off, it became apparent there was a book to be written.
