Here is a recipe from today's show:

Candy Cane Roll
5oz Sushi Rice, Cooked
5oz cucumber, sliced
 3oz Crab meat
 2oz Tuna, sliced
 2oz Ebi shrimp
 1oz avocado, sliced
1 sheet nori.
Place nori on Maki Su (bamboo mat) shiny side down place 5oz sushi rice on Nori spread evenly turn over, place Crab, Avocado and Cucumber in center and roll, place Tuna and Ebi Shrimp alternately on top ,cover with plastic wrap and slice in 8 pieces, plate and garnish with Ginger and Wasabi. Serve
