Create the perfect healthy side holiday dish at home!  Queen Creek Olive Mill Founder Perry Rea shows us how to create one of his favorite holiday side dishes at home using Vanilla Bean Olive Oil.  
Vanilla Bean Olive Oil Carrots        Servings:  6
1 lb. carrots, sliced
3 TBSP QCOM Vanilla Bean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ tsp. cinnamon
1 ½ cup chicken stock
3 TBSP. brown sugar
Saute carrots in QCOM Vanilla Bean Extra Virgin Olive Oil, add cinnamon, chicken stock and brown sugar.  Cook until liquid is absorbed and carrots are tender.
