Cypress HomeCare Solutions is a non-medical home care company providing individuals and families with assistance in remaining independent at home.

The Roth family created Cypress in 1994 as a result of their own experience caring for their mother. Almost 20 years later, Cypress continues to support the Phoenix community by providing compassionate, heartfelt care in the homes of the people they serve.

Cypress caregivers undergo a comprehensive screening, hiring and training process that ensures high quality of care is delivered to all clients. Prior to caring for a client, caregivers must submit to a 50 state background check and pre-employment drug screen, must have a fingerprint clearance card and must be CPR and First Aid certified. While caring for clients, Cypress caregivers assists with various activities of daily living, which can include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping/errands and transportation.

Cypress trains caregivers at their in-house training lab named after managing partner Bob's Roth's mother, Joan. The Joan S. Roth Training Lab is also open to the community at large, offering FREE classes every two weeks for anyone seeking assistance with caring for a loved one. Training includes care giving skills as well as a special emphasis on caring for those with Alzheimer's and dementia.

Most importantly, Cypress offers families peace of mind knowing that their loved ones are in the hands of high quality, compassionate and trained caregivers.
