Fabric Depot celebrates Halloween with DIY costumes

Something wicked this way comes and its Girl Friday's Halloween creations. Every Halloween I try to find something new and fresh to bring to the holiday and this year its camouflage! Not only because camo has become so popular but it really adds a unique look to Halloween. As in the past I love to cover the pastic plug in pumpkins with fabric to match your living room but this year I have had fun doing a collection of camouflage pumpkins, flowers and a designer witch costume.  If you only want to add a small bit of camo to your Halloween festivities think of a tablecloth. Your table will transform into a spooky forest floor or graveyard.
Bats! Its all about the bats this year and I have a fabulous pattern that I have created and used it for my haute couture witch design. The bats come in 3 sizes and are great for the outside of your home. Cut them out of black car foss and use heavy duty Velcro and your home will turn into a bat cave!!!!
Trick or treat bags are a great DIY to do with your kids. I love picking up a new paint can at the hardware store and decorating it .The cans have handles and putting a click light on the inside is a great touch for at night so they can see all of their Halloween goodies.

Patterns are available for the following:
BATS
LARGE CAT
CAT CLUTCH
BAT CLUTCH
LARGE OWL
CAMO FLOWERS

All fabrics used can be found at Fabric Depot
