Biscuit Dough Mini Cinnamon Rolls!
What you will need: 1 can of buttermilk biscuit dough (store bought)
Filling mix together:
1cup granulated Sugar
1cup Brown Sugar
2T ground cinnamon
1 Stick Unsalted Butter Melted
Glaze: Using your Emersion Blender mix:
1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
1t Vanilla Paste
2-4Tablespoons Whole Milk
1/4 flour for rolling
Preheated oven at 350 Degrees
Rollout 1 of the biscuits on floured surface
Using the pastry brush, apply a thin coat of the melted unsalted butter
Sprinkle 2Tablespoons of cinnamon filling over the butter
Roll the Biscuit dough
Cut into three equal pieces
Place each rolled piece of rolled dough "swirled" side up into one cupcake cups.
with the pastry brush apply more melted butter to the tops of the rolls
Repeat with all or some of the remaining biscuit dough and make as many as you like!
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes and top with glaze.
