Veggie Pasta with Paleo Pesto

        Butternut squash
        Sweet potato
        Paleo pesto

Spiralize veggies.  Toss 2 cups of mixed veggies and 1 cup beets with 2 tbsp pesto

Paleo Pesto

▪    1/4 lb basil leaves
▪    1/4  cup raw, soaked cashews
▪    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
▪    1/4 tbsp salt
▪    1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
▪    3/4 cps cold pressed olive oil
▪    1T minced garlic
▪    1 oz lemon juice

Place all ingredients except oil in the robot coupe. Puree. Add the oil until smooth.
