Local restaurant Ling and Louie's is offering great recipes to try to for your next dinner.
Ling and Louie's Asian Bar and Grill will square off in a food challenge at the Arizona Biltmore for ALS Association's Bite Nite.
The restaurant is located at 9397 E. Shea Boulevard in Scottsdale.
The ALS Association's Bite Nite at the Arizona Biltmore is June 7.
1.5 oz. Pomegranate Tea Infused Rum
.5 oz. HUM Botanical Liqueur
.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Pomegranate Tea Infused Rum
750mL Jamaican Dark Rum
8 Pomegranate Green Tea Bags
Place tea bags and rum in a container and let infuse for 24 hours. Remove tea bags and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
7 oz. Sliced, skinless, homeless chicken breast
2 Tbsp Blackening Seasoning
3 Tbsp Canola Oil
1 oz. Diced red bell peppers
1 oz. Diced Mango
1 oz. Diced Pineapple
2 oz. Broccoli
1/2 oz. Green Onions
5 oz. Mae Ploy Panang Curry Sauce
1 Tbsp. Thai Basil, chopped
1 Tbsp. Mint, chopped
Season chicken with seasoning and allow to marinated for at least an hour.
Add oil to a hot Wok or pan. Add chicken and allow to cook for 5 minutes, or until cooked through 75 percent.
Add fruits and vegetables and continue to stir fry until chicken is cooked through. Add sauce and lower heat. Allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
Add Thai basil and mint and toss to incorporate. Serve with your favorite side, such as rice or noodles.
