Fresh From The Kitchen NOW open for lunch Tuesday-Thursday from 11am-2pm.

Recipe for spinach:
Fresh Baby Spinach
Minced Garlic and Fresh Lemon Zest to taste
salt and pepper
On low heat melt butter. Add lemon zest and garlic to the pan and cook on gentle heat to release the flavors but not brown, about 1 minute. Add the spinach and salt and pepper to taste. Stir 15 seconds then remove from heat. Keep stirring until spinach is heated through but not mushy. Enjoy with fresh fish, chicken, or beef.
