BLT with a Twist:
½ lb cooked bacon

Whole Wheat Bread
Tomato Slices
Lettuce Leaves
Avocado Paste: avocado, jalapeno, cilantro, onion, green pepper, yellow pepper,  green peppers and lemon juice
Cook the bacon until fully cooked and crispy. Toast wheat bread. Spread the avocado paste on each bread slice and alternate layers of bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado paste.

Jalapeno Scramble:
Three eggs

Diced jalapenos
Diced onions
Diced tomatoes
Cilantro
Shredded Jack cheese
Your favorite chorizo
Salt, pepper and
Mix together three eggs with salt, pepper, cilantro, diced jalapenos, diced onions, and diced tomatoes. Cook the scrambled egg mixture with chorizo. Cook until the eggs and chorizo are fully cooked. Sprinkle with shredded Jack Cheese.
