Phoenix / The MIM (Musical Instrument Museum)
Unwind during extended museum hours at the Musical Instrument Museum. Guests will be invited to enjoy songs of the season performed by students from Horizon High School, participate in cookie decorating, take a photo booth image to bring home and more! 5-9 p.m. Activities included with paid museum admission.
Family STAR Night
Peoria / Challenger Space Center
An entertaining and interactive astronomy night for the whole family! Telescope viewing available if weather permits. Other family activities will go on rain or shine. All ages. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for hands-on activities. Presentation starts at 7:30. $7 per person; $10 per scout (includes packet & patch). Kids 3 and under are free.
Archaeology for Kids
Phoenix / Pueblo Grande Museum
Become a Junior Archaeologist and discover the science of archaeology by doing a simulated excavation of a Hohokam pit house. Advanced registration is required. Ages 7-12. 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. $15 per child.
