PHOENIX - A Michigan man who won $2 million in the state lottery says his winnings aren't enough for him to stop collecting food stamps.
After taxes, Leroy Fick walked away with $850,000, but he doesn't see anything wrong with his continued use of food stamps.
Fick says the state is allowing him to do it and now the state is now investigating the case.
