Scandal Blog: 3 reasons you're missing out if you're not watching ABC's 'Scandal'

The election may have been rigged.  Someone tried to killed the President.

And now the President's wife needs his mistress' help in order to keep the scheming Vice-President from prying the presidency from her husband's comatose hands.

If you don' t know what I'm talking about it's because you have been missing out on one of the best hours on television -- ABC's Scandal.

But no worries, you can right this wrong because Scandal is back Thursday night at 9 p.m. on ABC15.

Scandal follows professional fixer Olivia Pope and her team as they attempt to fix the crazy, salacious and sometimes heartbreaking scandals involving Washington, D.C.'s elite.

And while all the power broker dirty laundry is compelling, it's Pope's own skeletons that'll have you on the edge of your couch.

If you are one of the few that haven't been Scandalized yet, here are three things you need to know to get hooked:

3. Pay Attention

These are well-connected, fast-talking, wheeling-and-dealing, fixers. Every conversation matters and every detail means something. No sneaking off to grab a snack with this show. Move and you're likely to miss something really important.

2. Mellie

You have never seen a FLOTUS quite like this one. Trust me. Every scene with her is a like a gift.

1. Undeniable Chemistry

You'll know exactly who and what I'm talking about when you see it.

Keeping these three things in mind, you should be well on your way to a full-fledged  Scandal.

Tune in for the hottest show on TV every Thursday at 9 p.m. on ABC15 and catch up with what you've missed on ABC.com .
