PHOENIX - A Valley festival focused on fear is now accepting entries for short and feature-length horror films.
Phoenix FearCON is accepting entries for its 2014 event, which will be held later this year.
Short films, 30 minutes or less, and feature films, 70 minutes or more, will be accepted until August 31, 2014.
The festival also announced that it is waiving all submission fees for this year's festival.
Films should focus on horror, but can also feature sci-fi and thriller, according to a press release.
National and international films will be accepted. The only requirement is that films can not already be released for broad distribution.
The festival is scheduled to take place Nov. 1-2, 2014.
