Garth's camp said in June 1996 his concert at the then-called American West Arena sold 53,248 tickets. On September 11, he broke that record selling over 60,000 tickets for his show in a few weeks.

This will be Brooks' first Arizona appearance in 19 years. He went into retirement in 2001 to raise his three children, but remained active in music performing at various benefit concerts. He recently came out of retirement with the announcement of his world tour.

Tickets are available through Ticketmaster and cost $74.98, all taxes and fees included.
