U2's The Joshua Tree tour will make its return to the Valley on Tuesday, 30 years after it ended its run at Arizona State University.

The legendary rock band launched the Joshua Tree Tour at ASU's then-called Activity Center (now Wells Fargo Arena) in 1987 and ended it the same year at Sun Devil Stadium.

Since then, the band has embarked on other tours, including the Innocence + Experience tour which visited the Valley in 2015.

The 2017 version of The Joshua Tree tour will visit University of Phoenix Stadium on Tuesday, Sept. 19. Before you go, here is everything you need to know about tickets, parking, security, and traffic.

VIEW CURRENT TRAFFIC CONDITIONS AROUND THE VALLEY

With any major event, the Arizona Department of Transportation said drivers should expect an increase in traffic on their way to the stadium. That includes westbound Interstate 10 and northbound Loop 101. Drivers should give themselves extra time to account for any delays.

SECURITY - CLEAR BAG POLICY

The NFL's "clear bag" policy will be strictly enforced. That means only clear bags similar in size to a gallon plastic bag will be allowed into the stadium or a small clutch or purse (no bigger than the size of your hand). All other bags will be refused. Read specific details here.

Concertgoers will also go through medical detectors and be wanded before entering the stadium.
