Street Eats Food Truck Festival 2017: The 50+ food trucks that you'll be able to try

This weekend more than 50 food trucks will fire up the ovens, grills and fryers for the 2017 StreetEatsFood Truck Festival.

From wings and lobster rolls to tacos and gourmet grilled cheese, a choose-your-own-culinary-adventure is up for grabs.

Admission to the festival is $12. That includes access to the cooking demonstrations, live music, eating contests and food trucks. The food is a separate cost. Each truck will offer a $2 "sample" item, as well as their regular menu.

We rounded up all the food trucks that will be at the event and the menu items each is known for. Scroll down and take a look.

Arizona Wings N’ More – bone-in wings, boneless wings, mac and cheese bites, tots and mozzarella sticks.

Rockabelly – known for its tacos, you can choose from their “headliners” or make it your own. They also serve cheese steaks, fries and Belly Chips.

Yatai Ramen – As its name implies, Ramen, broth and mix-ins.

Circle R Farms – roasted beef tenderloin, turkey sandwiches and pomegranate lemonade.

The Maine Lobster Lady – When its winter on the East Coast, The Maine Lobster Lady comes west to Arizona. The signature item is the Maine Lobster Roll. It has ¼pound of lobster in it.

Press Italian Street Food – serves authentic Italian dishes, including pasta, salads, meatballs and sandwiches.

Modern Tortilla – street tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and cream-filled churros for dessert

Jamburritos – Louisiana and Cajun-styled burritos (“jamburritos”), tacos, quesadillas and bowls. They also have blackened Famous Catfish.

Off The Hook Food Truck –this food truck is all about the fish tacos!

Waffle Crush – these are not the average waffles. They’re Liege (Belgian) waffles served with all the fixings – strawberry, Nutella, Biscoff. The next question is…breakfast or dessert?

Afters – Aebleskiver is a Danish treat. It is essentially a pancake sphere topped with sugar, fruit and other sweet treats.

Kona Ice Scottsdale – This truck is all about shaved ice. Some of its top flavors include Tiger’s Blood, Blue Raspberry, Groovy Grape and Island Rush.

Le Crepe– it shouldn’t be tough to guess this truck’s signature item, crepes! They offer both sweet and savory options.

Mister Softee AZ – This food truck focuses on sundaes, ice cream cones, sandwiches and milkshakes.

Blue Bunny Ice Cream – This is the launch of Blue Bunny’s ice cream truck in Phoenix. It will serve ice cream cookie sandwiches. All you have to choose is the cookie, ice cream flavor, and toppings.

Left Coast Burrito Co– Burritos are the name of this food truck’s game. Marinated carne asada, grilled tequila shrimp, chicken breast and ramen noodles are some filling options.

Sweet Magnolia BBQ– Bring some napkins to this truck. Brisket, sliders, ribs, hot dogs, smoked chicken quarters alongside baked beans, mac and cheese, coleslaw or corn muffin.

2 Fats Guys Grilled Cheese – If you thought the grilled cheese was basic, think again.

Traveling Monk – The Traveling Monk is Chandler’s “The Hungry Monk” on wheels. Menu items include the porky melt, bacon beer crab cakes and the turkey chimichurri melt.

Smokin’ Hot BBQ – The menu combines the BBQ flavors of St. Louis, Kansas City, Memphis and Texas. Menu items include sliders, brisket, chicken sliders.

Que Sazon – This food truck showcases South American cuisine, including arepas and empanadas. The menu also features rice bowls and tacos.

Fabio On Fire Pizza– Italian-style pizzas cooked in an Italian wood-fired oven.

Paradise Melts – this truck serves gourmet grilled sandwiches.

Chuckies – Chuckies is all about the breaded pork tenderloin on a sandwich.

Green Chile Grill – If you like green chiles, this is your truck. They have green chile tacos, burritos, mini burgers, tostadas and nachos.

Detroit Coney Cruiser – Detroit-style coney dogs, gyro pita and chicken pita. Not to mention, Faygo root beer and Vernors soda.

Aioli Gourmet Burgers– Created by three friends, Aioli Gourmet Burgers has expanded to multiple trucks and a fairly new brick-and-motor location in Phoenix. Gourmet burgers served on a Brioche bun is this truck’s staple.

Q Up! BBQ Food Truck – Q Up! is a BBQ food truck. Plates, sandwiches, nachos, pork tacos and loaded fries are some of the menu items.

Which Wich AZ – This is the mobile unit for Which Wich sandwich.

Super Swirl – Super Swirl is a Nevada-based ice cream truck. It serves ice cream and slushies.

Mustache Pretzels – pretzels shaped like handlebar mustaches.

The Neighborhood Treatery – frozen yogurt, ice cream, milkshakes and ice cream sandwiches.

Cactus Corn – fresh Kettle corn

Tom’s Pig Rig BBQ – pulled pork sandwich, beef brisket, gourmet mac and cheese and for dessert, peach cobbler or a chocolate walnut brownie.

Burgers Amore– from the classic to the bacon cheddar to the Big Boss BBQ Cowboy, this struck has a variety of burger variations.

Rockstar Hotdogs – Rockstar is a division of Ralph’s Snack Bar (you’ve probably seen that truck around town). They serve a variety of hot dogs, tots and fries.

Cheese, Love Happiness Food Truck – This food truck has a 1960’s hippy theme to it. The signature item is the grilled cheese, but the kind of grilled cheese you pick is up to you.

Gorilla Cheese Truck – You’d be hard pressed to tell someone that they have too much cheese. The Gorilla Cheese Truck serves gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches.

Queso Good– This truck specializes in gourmet tacos, nachos, quesadillas and agua frescas.

The American Poutine Co – Poutine is a Canadian dish that essentially could be referred to as loaded fries. Traditional poutine is fries, cheese curds and gravy. Other toppings include bacon, pulled pork, steak, among others.

Wok Sticks – Wok Sticks’ menu is described as Asian fusion. Menu items include orange chicken, beef and broccoli, egg rolls and street taco.

Wandering Donkey – This Valley food truck serves Mexican cuisine, including tacos, burros, bowls, nachos, quesadilla and Carne Asada fries.

Satay Hut – Satay Hut serves Dutch-Indonesian dishes. Satay is an Indonesian dish with grilled meats (tofu, too) and spices.

Tornado Potato – a spiral-cut potato on a stick

Yellowman Frybread – This food truck serves Native American dishes and variations of frybread, burgers, sandwiches and desserts.

Montana Bar-BQ– St. Louis-style pork ribs, sampler plate, Tri-tip steak and pulled pork sandwiches and wraps.

Grilled Addiction – Grilled Addiction is owned by the same people who own Wandering Donkey. Grilled Addiction’s menu features burgers and sandwiches.

Grandma’s Navajo Frybread – frybread with an assortment of toppings

Arizona Corporate Games & Events– gyros, loaded fries, Philly cheesesteak, deep-fried Oreos

Pinnacle Peak Pie Co – Key West, Florida-style Key Lime Pie bars.

Sally’s BBQ - BBQ

K+C Concessions – tacos, brisket, Italian sausage, chili and nachos.

Desert Snow – shaved ice for a sweet, cool treat.

Pearson’s Cajun Catering – Louisiana-style Cajun.
