'Scramble, a breakfast joint' expanding to East Valley, plans to open second Phoenix eatery

Scrambleis expanding to Phoenix and Chandler.

Icon Hospitality Group, the group behind the fast-casual breakfast concept, announced Wednesday its plans to open two more eateries and expand to the East Valley.

One will be at "24th at Camelback," an office complex near 24th Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix, across the street from Biltmore Fashion Park. It is slated to open in December.

The other will open at The Shoppes of Casa Paloma, a shopping complex near 56th Street and Ray Road in Chandler, just east of Interstate 10, according to a news release. That restaurant is slated to open early 2018.

"We're not only thrilled to enhance Scramble's footprint in the Valley overall, Clay Moizo, director of operations for Hospital Hospitality Group, said in a written statement, "but we're finally excited to expand our concept to the East Valley..."

The openings with mark the concept's third and fourth restaurants in the Valley. They will have dog-friendly patios and serve beer, wine and some cocktails such as mimosas and Bloody Mary's, the release said.

Scramble's other restaurants can be found on 7th Street in Phoenix and Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale.
