Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers has plans to open its first location in the West Valley.
The casual burger joint and sports bar will be located at 6718 W. Deer Valley Road in Glendale, Arizona, near 67th Avenue and Deer Valley Road.
The 5,793-square-foot restaurant is slated to open sometime in the fall, according to Amanda Moore, who handles public relations for Square One Concepts, which owns Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, Wasted Grain and The Funky Monk.
There will be 4,438 square feet of dining room space and a 1,355-square-foot patio, said bar. The Glendale location will have the most seating of its other restaurants at 276 people, including 33 seats at the bar.
It will also have 60 televisions.
Two locations in Phoenix and Gilbert recently opened.
