12 Phoenix-area grocery stores, restaurants still accepting Thanksgiving orders

This is a friendly reminder that Thanksgiving is next week!

If you do not want to spend the entire day in the kitchen, grocery stores and restaurants around the Valley are still accepting orders for Thanksgiving. They'll make the entire meal from the turkey to the stuffing and sides. Some deadlines end as soon as this week, while others end early next week.

ALBERTSONS/SAFEWAY

Both Albertsons's and Safeway's deli departments will cook that Thanksgiving meal for you. They're offering a traditional Thanksgiving meal that can feed a family of six. The cost is $49.99 and includes a 10- to 12-pound turkey, potatoes, stuffing, gravy, orange relish and a dozen rolls.

SPROUTS FARMERS MARKET

Sprouts' fully-prepared holiday meals range in price between $29.99 - $79.99. Orders can be placed online and at the store. Main entrees include a choice of a whole turkey, spiral sliced ham, and USDA Choice boneless rib roast. Sides may vary between meals, but the turkey option includes mashed potatoes, stuffing, creamed kale and spinach, gravy, cranberry sauce and a dozen rolls.

Orders need to be placed by Tuesday, Nov. 21 and must be picked up by 3 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 23. More information.

FRY'S FOOD STORES

Fry's Food Stores have five prepared meal options including a turkey dinner, sliced ham dinner and select prime rib dinner. Pricing ranges from the "express turkey dinner" at $49.99 and the "supreme turkey dinner" at $99.99. The meal serves between six and eight people depending on size selected.

The express option includes a 10- to 13-pound turkey, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, stuffing and gravy.

A Fry's spokesperson said there is no set deadline, but that it is best to get the order in earlier than later. It is recommended to call the local store's deli department for timing information. More information.

WHOLE FOODS

Whole Foods is offering the traditional Thanksgiving spread, but also a vegan option (for two) and organic options. Meal servings vary between 4, 8 and 12 people. Pricing starts at $39.99 for the vegan option, $69.99 for a turkey breast dinner for four. The most expensive is the turkey meal for 12 at $249.99.

A spokesperson said orders would be accepted up to 24 hours before Thanksgiving Day. It is recommended to call the individual store, however, to go over options. More information.

AJ'S FINE FOODS

AJ's Fine Foods will be accepting pre-orders until Friday, Nov. 17 and includes the turkey and all the tasty fixings. A roasted turkey (16-18 pounds) is $159.99 and 10-12 pounds of boneless turkey breast is $189.99. Sides include pounds of mashed potatoes, herbed dressing, candied yams with marshmallows, green beans almandine, gravy, cranberry relish, a dozen dinner rolls and pie (pumpkin or apple).

Orders need to be placed by Friday, Nov. 17. You may want to contact the individual store for availability. More information.

BASHAS' GROCERY

Did you wait until last minute to prep the Thanksgiving meal? Bashas' is accepting orders until Nov. 22, the day before Thanksgiving. They have a turkey dinner, ham dinner or turkey-and-ham dinner. A turkey dinner (6-7 people) and ham dinner (8-9 people) is $55.99 and includes the main entree, various sides and an apple or pumpkin pie. More information.

Pre-orders need to be picked up no later than 10 a.m. on Thanksgiving, Nov. 24. They will have a la carte heat-and-serve items available on Thanksgiving. You will want to call the individual store to confirm timing and availability.

FOOD CITY

Food City will have traditional turkey and ham dinner options that each serve 6-8 people. They need 24 hours notice to prep the meal. It is served cold and will have to be heated at home. The turkey dinner is $42.99 and the ham dinner is $49.99. More information.

BOSTON MARKET

Boston Market is offering to cook the Thanksgiving meal. You can either pick it up at the store or have it shipped to your house. One note, you do need to allow two hours to heat everything up. Pricing varies between $84.99 - $119.99 depending on the number of people. Items include turkey, stuffing, potatoes, gravy, relish and pie. If you don't need the full meal, each item is also available a la carte. More information.

BUCA DI BEPPO

Buca di Beppo has two Thanksgiving catering options -- one that serves ten people and another that serves 20 people. Pricing is $199.99 for the 10-person order and 379.99 for the 20-person order. The meal includes sliced white meat turkey, garlic mashed potatoes and gravy, Italian sausage stuffing, green beans, bread, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie.

Thanksgiving orders must be placed by 4 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 21 and can be picked up starting Nov. 23 at 10 a.m. More information.

CHOMPIES

The Arizona-based bakery and restaurant has a variety of prepared Thanksgiving dinners that can be pre-ordered. Time is running out though. Chompies needs at least 72 hours notice for orders being picked up on Nov. 22 and 23. That means orders need to be placed this week.

Chompies has an individual turkey dinner for $19.99 which includes sliced turkey, stuffing and gravy, mashed potatoes, candied yams, green beans, dinner rolls, and a slice of pie. They also have larger orders (12-15 people) for $179.99 or $219.99. More information.

ARCADIA FARMS

Arcadia Farms is also accepting orders for a pre-cooked Thanksgiving meal. The farms' order form is entirely a la carte and includes both traditional and non-traditional sides. Options include a caramelized wheel of Brie, smoked salmon cheesecake, butternut squash soup, Brussels sprouts and bacon, tamale stuffing.

Orders must be submitted by Friday, Nov. 17 and picked up on Nov. 22 between 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. The farm will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. More information.

LA GRANDE ORANGE GROCERY

LGO's Thanksgiving Day offerings include a whole roasted, free-range turkey or reserve rotisserie prime rib, sides and dessert. Pricing varies between $275 - $375 which includes the entree, salad, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, sourdough and cornbread stuffing, sauces and dinner rolls. Depending on the order, serving sizes are designed for groups of 4-10 people.

Orders have to be placed by 1 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 20. Orders will be ready for pick-up on Nov. 22 between 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. and on Thanksgiving Day from 8 a.m. - 11 a.m. More information.
