10 fun things to do this week in the Valley

While the work week is beginning for most, it doesn't mean that the fun has to stop. There are many exciting events going on this week in the Valley.
Bring the entire family out to the Arizona State Fair. Eat a deep-fried Snickers after riding some of the thrilling rides and take a stroll through some of the exhibits.
Or take the night off to head out to a show. Brad Paisley will be in the Valley this week, and so will Adam Lambert and Bassnectar. If you're not in the mood for a concert, buy some tickets to see Oklahoma! at the Arizona Broadway Theater in Peoria.
If you're gearing up for Halloween and planning how to carve your jack-o-lantern masterpiece, take a trip out to Queen Creek for Schnepf Farms Pumpkin and Chili Party to pick your own pumpkin from their large patch.
