Actor Colin Egglesfield arrested at Tempe Festival of the Arts

TEMPE, AZ - Actor Colin Egglesfield was arrested in Tempe over the weekend.

A spokesman with the Tempe Police Department confirmed that the Rozzoli & Isles actor was arrested during the Festival of the Arts along Mill Avenue on March 29.

According to the police report, the actor was observed by an officer around 2:28 a.m. knocking over metal stands surrounding artwork, as well as pushing over a table inside a vendor's tent.

Paperwork, plastic holders and a large sign were damaged during the incident, according to the report.

The actor was apparently in town with his father and brother, according to posts on his Twitter account. The actor had earlier posted a photo from an Arizona Diamondbacks game.

Egglesfield was arrested on charges of criminal damage and disorderly conduct.

The actor has held roles in multiple television series, including The Client List, Melrose Place, All My Children and Nip/Tuck.
