Rain drenched the Valley Friday bringing some rain totals to over an inch.
The East Valley experienced heavier rainfall than the West Valley, which has seen almost no rainfall since early Friday morning.
The Higley Road and Superstition Freeway intersection saw minute rainfall since around 10:30 a.m., but almost 3 inches fell since 5 a.m.
East Mesa near Brown Road and Loop 202 has also received some of the most extensive rainfall.
The Flood Control District of Maricopa County recorded between 1.77 and 1.93 inches of rain that fell in that area since 5 a.m. Friday morning.
Apache Junction saw around 1.34 inches of rain since early Friday morning with reported areas of flooding and even higher rain totals.
Gilbert and Chandler saw anywhere from .94 inches to over an inch of rain though rainfall calculations dropped steadily throughout the morning.
The Phoenix area saw varying rain conditions, some areas much less than those in Mesa and Chandler.
The Sky Harbor International Airport area saw .51 inches of rainfall whereas 12th Street and Camelback Road experienced over half an inch.
Those numbers could rise in some areas with the possibility of more rain.

South Mountain: .08 inches
Loop 202 near Elliot Road: 1.42 inches
Loop 101 and Loop 202 area near Tempe: .35 inches
7th Avenue near Jefferson Street: .08 inches
El Mirage area: .00 inches
Guadalupe: .16 inches
Casa Grande: .04 inches
Saguaro Lake: 2.56 inches
Interstate 10 near Buckeye Municipal Airport: .71 inches
