PHOENIX - The P.F. Chang's Rock 'n' Roll Marathon is set to hit Valley streets Sunday morning, and could cause traffic concerns for weekend drivers.

According to the event website , the marathon will bring more than 25,000 runners and walkers to Phoenix, Tempe and Scottsdale, in addition to tens of thousands of spectators.

Most road closures put in place for the event will be in effect from 6:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

The marathon and half marathon begin at 7:30 a.m., and according to event organizers, "streets will reopen on a rolling basis as soon as the last participant has passed and all course support materials have been removed."
