PHOENIX - Weekend travelers should expect limited restrictions along Interstate 10 in the West Valley this weekend.
The Arizona Department of Transportation announced that Interstate 10 will be narrowed down to one lane in both directions between Cotton Lane and Estrella Parkway from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 7:30 a.m. Saturday. Estrella Parkway on- and off-ramps will be closed as well due to lane striping. Be prepared to use extra caution in construction zones and allow extra time. Consider using Bullard Avenue on- and off-ramps to avoid the construction zone.
Eastbound Interstate 10 will be narrowed down to one lane between Cotton Lane and Estrella Parkway from 10 p.m. Saturday to 9 a.m. Sunday for lane striping. The eastbound Interstate 10 off-ramp at Estrella Parkway will be closed. Drivers should consider taking the Bullard Avenue off-ramp or allow extra time to navigate the construction zone.
For other weekend freeway restrictions, go online.
