MIAMI - In Tuesday night’s game, LeBron James removed his signature headband. Oddly, when he took of the headband, his game took off, too.
A social media frenzy ensued during the last quarter and overtime, and numerous “LeBron’s Headband” Twitter accounts were created, reported USA Today .
Since the last time James played without the headband was in his rookie year preseason, the media asked if he will be going back to it Thursday night in Game 7.
He laughed and told USA Today reporters, “I’ll probably start off with it, man. A little superstitious. If it gets knocked off, then me and him will have a discussion if he will return.”
You can watch Game 7 coverage starting at 5:30 p.m. on ABC15.
